(February 1, 2023)
rupi kaur introduces us to her world of writing and creativity through her fourth work, healing with words, in which she reveals the healing power of words and explains how the act of writing has been a cathartic experience that helped her heal. In this journey towards oneself, she proposes a conscious and liberating self-exploration through writing.

This collection of guided writing exercises created by the author invites you to explore topics such as trauma, loss, anguish, love or healing, becoming a powerful tool for creativity and self-knowledge. She only asks that you not be afraid to be vulnerable and honest, both with yourself and with the page. You don’t need to be a writer to take this path; you just need to start writing, that’s all.

Rupi Kaur is a writer and artist from Toronto, Canada. As a university student at the age of 21, she wrote, illustrated and self-published her first collection of poems, Otras maneras de usar la boca (Seix Barral, 2018), which became an international success. Her latest work, Todo lo que necesito existe ya en mí (Seix Barral, 2021), debuted at number one on best-seller lists worldwide. Her collections of poems have sold more than 11 million copies and have been translated into more than 43 languages.
