A lively, exciting, courageous and hopeful story about the greatest of evils: child abuse.
At the end of January 2022, Alejandro Palomas shared his testimony in the media as a victim of abuse during his childhood. The news was moving due to its frankness and honesty.
Palomas is one of the most individual novelists in our country. His stories are recognizable for their high sensitivity, the ability to put words to the satellite characters of life and for the tenderness and humor with which he constructs them.
This book does not tell us what Alejandro already explained in his day, but it reveals how a child managed to survive everything that happened thanks to the power of his imagination and the strength of stories. The book includes a part of a graphic novel story.
A book full of light, humor, and tenderness that seeks to put words to everything that is never said and that gives us a necessary lesson: the strength of knowing and being able to tell it.
