Synopsis
Gaia, elegant, extremely rich, daughter of a former Franco minister, turns to detective Sol Aglaya because his wife has disappeared and the police are not taking the case seriously. The missing person is Selene, a poet with hundreds of thousands of followers on social networks. Lover of living life to the fullest, she maintains simultaneous relationships with three women in addition to the legitimate one. One is Haizea, a businesswoman, owner of an agency that represents a group of influencers.
The second is Mar, an actress with a long career and prestige. And the third is Fulvia, an editor who specializes in creating best-sellers. Each of them has reasons for wanting to make Selene disappear, and means to do so. Sol discovers that Selene was writing a book. A novel about her past in Argentina, when she fled from an organization involved in human trafficking, drug trafficking and political corruption. But is it possible that one of her lovers, or her wife, could have alerted Selene’s enemies to her new identity? A fast-paced crime novel that effectively and stylishly portrays recent landscapes of Spanish and Argentine history.
